ARTICLE 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Access to and use of the us.iris-lingerie.com website are subject to the acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Iris Lingerie reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the website, services, and these T&Cs, particularly to adapt to website developments by providing new features or modifying or removing existing features.
ARTICLE 2 - WEBSITE ACCESS
Access to the website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond Iris Lingerie's control, and subject to possible outages and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the website.
ARTICLE 3 - USER ACCOUNT
Certain website features require the creation of a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and password.

ARTICLE 9 - ORDERING PROCESS AND TIMEFRAMES
The ordering process consists of several steps: product selection, adding to cart, user identification, delivery method selection, order confirmation, payment method selection, and actual payment. After order confirmation, the processing time for shipment is a maximum of 48 working hours, generally completed in less than 24 hours.
ARTICLE 10 - PRICES
Prices are indicated in USD, inclusive of all taxes. Iris Lingerie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.
ARTICLE 11 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of product unavailability after placing an order, the customer will be informed by email and will have the option to cancel their order.
ARTICLE 12 - PAYMENT
Payment is made exclusively by credit card. All transactions are secure.
ARTICLE 13 - TRANSACTION SECURITY
The website uses a secure payment system. Banking data is encrypted and never transmitted in clear text over the network.
ARTICLE 14 - DELIVERY
Delivery is available in standard mode only. Delivery times are provided as an indication. Any potential delay cannot give rise to damages. For large orders, the delivery time may extend up to 15 days. Risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the items leave Iris Lingerie's premises.
ARTICLE 15 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. For "2+1 free" offers, in case of withdrawal, the customer must return all products, including the free product.
ARTICLE 16 - RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must not have been worn. To return a product, the customer must follow the procedure detailed in our General Terms of Sale. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products.
ARTICLE 17 - REFUND
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Iris Lingerie will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid by the customer within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 18 - WARRANTIES
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it can be returned to Iris Lingerie, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.
ARTICLE 19 - CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any questions or complaints, Iris Lingerie's customer service is available only by email at the address indicated on the website.
ARTICLE 20 - MEDIATION
In case of dispute, the customer must first contact Iris Lingerie's customer service. In the absence of a solution within 21 days following your request, you can resort to conventional mediation or any alternative dispute resolution method.
ARTICLE 21 - APPLICABLE LAW
These T&Cs and the relationships between the user and Iris Lingerie are governed by Estonian law.
ARTICLE 22 - JURISDICTION
In case of dispute, the Estonian courts may have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 23 - FORCE MAJEURE
The execution of Iris Lingerie's obligations is suspended in case of occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that would prevent their execution.
ARTICLE 24 - ENTIRETY
If one or more provisions of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation, or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain all their force and scope.
ARTICLE 25 - NON-WAIVER
The fact that Iris Lingerie does not enforce a breach by the user of any of the obligations referred to in these T&Cs shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
ARTICLE 26 - DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be addressed to Iris Lingerie's customer service exclusively by email at the following address: contact@iris-lingerie.com. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
ARTICLE 27 - NEWSLETTER
By registering on the website, the user can choose to receive Iris Lingerie's newsletter. They can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in each newsletter.
ARTICLE 28 - PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING
Iris Lingerie may offer promotional codes. These codes are subject to specific conditions specified at the time of their distribution.
