Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of your order (based on tracking information).

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition and packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and untried
  • Free from any traces of makeup, perfume, or odour
  • Returned as a complete set (no partial returns)

⚠️ Exception: Tights cannot be returned due to their fragility and elasticity, which do not allow us to guarantee their condition after being tried on.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service via the form on our website.
  2. Receive return instructions by email.
  3. Carefully package the item with the return confirmation.
  4. Ship the parcel to the address provided.

Important: Returns without a return form cannot be processed or may experience additional processing delays.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

5. Refund Policy

a) Returned items without promotional offers

Exchange or full refund of the amount paid.

b) Items with promotional offers (e.g. 2+1 free)

  • The free item must also be returned.
  • If all items are returned → full refund.
  • If one paid item + the free item are returned → partial refund.
  • If only the free item is returned → no refund.

6. Refund Timeframes and Method

  • The refund is processed via the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Return inspection: a period of 1 to 4 working days may be necessary after receiving the parcel.
  • Banking time: the refund appears in your account within 3 to 5 working days once processed, depending on your bank.

7. Special Cases

  • Items on sale (excluding 2+1 offers): refunded at the price paid after discount.
  • Incomplete sets: a partially returned set cannot be refunded. Our sets are sold as complete pieces and therefore cannot be returned separately.
  • Tights: non-returnable due to their fragility and elasticity, which do not allow us to guarantee their condition after being tried on.
  • Clearance products: indicated as "clearance" on the product page, they cannot be returned or refunded.
