Where do we deliver?

How does delivery work?

Which delivery service do we use?

  • Delivery is handled by USPS and other postal carriers within the United States. In case of absence, your parcel will be delivered directly to your mailbox if its size allows.

How to track my parcel?

  • A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel on our website on the order tracking page.

I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

  • If you have not received your parcel 30 days after the dispatch date, please contact us via our online form. We will proceed with a reshipment or a refund according to your preference.
